1. Information We Collect

• Account data: email, display name, authentication identifiers (including OAuth)
• User Content: uploaded drawing images and your answers to questions
• Analysis results: generated interpretation reports and metadata
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: access logs, device/browser info, and hashed IP for abuse prevention

2. How We Use Information

• Providing the Service: generating analyses, storing and displaying results
• Processing payments and managing credits
• Security and abuse prevention (rate limiting, anonymous usage limits)
• Customer support and service notifications

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

Depending on the analysis configuration, images, observations and answers are sent to Google Gemini, OpenAI, Alibaba Cloud Qwen or DeepSeek APIs. Google Gemini also provides retrieval embeddings and reranking. We use Supabase (authentication, database and storage), Stripe (previous payments and refunds) and Resend (email). These providers may process data outside your country. Remove names, contact details and unnecessary personal information before uploading.

4. Retention & Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. If you request account deletion, your associated analyses and credit records are deleted (except payment records we are required to retain for accounting/legal purposes); anonymous analyses are not linked to any owner.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your information by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, additional rights (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) may apply.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and per-row ownership checks. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

7. Advertising & Cookies

Public guides may request Google ads when advertising is enabled. Google and advertising partners may process cookies, IP addresses and browser information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads can also involve this processing. Where required, choices are collected through a Google-certified consent interface; ads are not requested before the relevant signal is available.

We do not send drawings, answers, report content or analysis identifiers as ad targeting data. Behavioral PostHog analytics is disabled in the advertising-funded mode. You can change choices through the consent interface and access results after declining ads.
